摘要：The objective of this paper is to introduce ASEAN countries to Myanmar culture from the point of view of national races of Myanmar. Among them, the historical Utilization wood craft and Lisu's Household Utensils made from wood of Lisu tribes who settle in Kachin State have been presented. The tribe of Lisu is one of the national races who have been living in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The meaning of Lisu is stated in the research paper. Historical evidence shows that Lisu tribe has been existing since the 9th century AD. Therefore the background history of Lisu national races with their ritual, customs, musical instrument had been composed and made of wood handicraft by the Lisu describe. Kachin State is situated in the Northern Sector of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. This paper study of Putao Township was carried out in 2014. A structured questionnaire was used to collect information. There are many collections of historical values of the development of Lisu's wood Utensils. Historical and cultural evidences of the Putao, explained briefly.
