摘要：The Lancang river originates from southern glaciers of Lasaigongma mountain with an altitude of 5,167 meters, Yushu tibetan autonomous prefecture, Qinghai province in China, flowing through the Qinghai province and Tibet autonomous region as well as Yunnan province. The Lancang river basin is located in 94°E~ 102°E and 21°N ~ 34° N with the area of 164,766km2 from north to south in the strip. It was found that the distribution pattern consisting of tangible wood cultural heritage such as temples, pavilions, bridges and other wood structure buildings, and intangible wood cultural heritage such as techniques for woodblock printing, wood carving, handcraft paper making are asymmetry, due to the complex landform, biodiversity, kinds of forest resources, and multiple national culture forms of Lancang river basin. In this paper, the wood culture heritage including the distribution pattern of intangible wood cultural heritage of Lancang river basin were summarized, and the landform, forest resource and national social culture of distribution pattern of wood culture were also analyzed on the distribution of forest resource and the characterization of regional culture in this area.
