Speaker Profile
林思祖，福建福清人，教授，博士生导师，中共党员，现任福建农林大学党委常委、副校长。兼任福建杉木研究中心主任；中国林学会森林生态专业委员会常务理事；福建省林学会常务理事；福建省林学会林业教育分会主任委员。2000年毕业于南京林业大学造林学专业，获博士学位。1998-1999年赴日本东京农工大学进修一年。1991年开始指导硕士研究生，2003年开始指导博士研究生。先后主持国家、省部级等科研项目17项。获国家、省部级科技进步二、三等奖11项。发表学术论文100余篇。1994年获国务院政府特殊津贴；1998年被评为国家有突出贡献中青年专家；2002年被评为福建省优秀专家；2003年被聘为国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员。目前主要从事的研究方向有：森林培育理论与技术；药用植物栽培理论与技术；林木育种与苗木繁育理论与技术；观赏植物育种与栽培理论与技术。

Mr. Lin Sizu, professor, doctoral tutor, Vice-president of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Director of China Fir Research Center of Fujian Province, Executive director of Forest Ecology Committee Chinese Society of Forestry, executive director of Fujian Society of Forestry.Mr. Lin graduated and got PhD from Nanjing Forestry University majoring in silviculture. He studied in Tokyo University of Agriculture from 1998-1999. He has presided 17 projects over the national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research and published more than 100 papers.His research field is mainly in forest cultivation, medicinal plant cultivation, tree breeding and propagation, breeding and cultivation of ornamental.
