Speaker Profile
Lourance Njopilai David Mapunda, Born in 1965/12/05, Dar es Salaam, Tanzanian, is a graduate in Masters in Management of Biological diversity; from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in 2007 and first degree is B.Sc. Agriculture General from Sokoine University of Agriculture during 1995, Morogoro in Tanzania. Since 2000 to date; he works as Research Officer at the National Plant Genetic Resources Center. His work and research interest regards plants conservation. He has several scientific publications and Managed varied research projects in this area and some consultancy works with FAO and IPGRI, etc.
