摘要：Construction of new residential buildings in Europe has continued to decrease by 7.1% in 2010 but at a slower pace than in 2009 (-22.5%). It decreased also in 2011. A small revival will be observable in 2012 and 2013 mainly in Central and South Eastern Europe which is expected to experience a continuous growth of the dwellings construction in this period.

This bad situation in residential sector in Europe, especially in European Union countries, has influenced importantly on the production and market of wooden interior doors in South Eastern Europe. The reason for this situation is that the majority of regional producers is directed towards export of their products in EU countries.

Beside the actual situation in terms of demand-development on the South Eastern European market, in this paper are shown trade flows, as well as the most represented wood species and other materials, which are used for wooden interior doors production in the Region. In the special segment of this paper is given the presentation of the most common models, corresponding standards, which regulate this area, market demands and situation, in terms of the competition strengthening.

　　Branko Glavonjic是塞尔维亚领先的林产品市场研究和预测专家，他在为政府机构和行业企业制定战略规划和发展计划以及林产工业经济分析上具有丰富的经验。
